The Department of French & Italian at UW-Madison is home to a vibrant community of professors, academic staff, undergraduate and graduate students, guest and visiting scholars, and friends and alumni. With 28 faculty members, over 75 graduate students, and a large number of undergrads majoring in French and Italian, the department fosters a lively and engaging atmosphere for French and Italian studies.
